By placing an order on our website you agree to all the below:
- Every item is final and sold AS IS. No returns for ON SALE items.
- Orders can be cancelled only within 2 days before we shipped out. If any problems with you order, it must be reported within 2 days as the package is delivered. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all non-defective returns. Please note that both the purchased shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order on this website.
- Individuals under the age of 18 are considered minors here. All minors, must follow these policies on the website: Minors may not make purchases unless they're under the direct supervision of the parent or legal guardian who manages their account. All financial information on the account, such as a debit/credit card or PayPal account, must be that of a parent or guardian.
- All customers must agree that the debit/credit card or paypal account is yours or authorized by you, and that we will post their address publicly if they do not comply. We also report all addresses that commit chargebacks to legal authorities.
- Item Color: Please bear in mind that photo may very slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
- Item Size: We’ll indicate the size of all products in their item description.
- Item Quality: All of our items are high quality products. Because squishies are made of special materials and made to be textured, it’s natural that they will have air bubbles, little dirts, lines, small scratches, inconsistant paint or what look like small rips. These are not defects but part of the products. And these don’t affect the whole look and function. Also these do NOT qualify the item for return. Also please keep in mind sprinkles are glued on squishies that are not always permanent. Sprinkles may fall off as time goes on.
