Returns and Cancellations
We will accept returns if notified within 2 days of receiving your purchase. We do NOT offer return label, so the cost of your return shipping is non-refundable.
If any problems with you ordered products, it must be reported within 2 days as the package is delivered. Since each product has its service life, when you start squishing your squishies, as time goes on, it may become defective and have some cracks, holes, rips or etc. We apologize for the short time period for defective item report, but this can help to reduce fraudulent claims. Because of squishies are made of special materials and made to be textured, it’s natural that they will have air bubbles, little dirts, lines, small scratches, inconsistant paint or what look like rips. These are not defects but part of the products. And they don’t affect the whole look and function. Also these do NOT qualify the item for return.
The buyer is fully responsible to enter an accurate and complete shipping address. If the package is returned to us for incorrect address that customers provide, we will refund the price of the items minus a 20% restocking fee.
Refund will be issued once we received the returned package. Please note the delivery time of returned packages is doubled.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages caused by USPS. Also If USPS delays a package for their own reasons, we are not responsible and not be able to refund shipping charges, because we pay full shipping charges to USPS regardless of whether the package is delayed.
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. The buyer is fully responsible for these fees and taxes charged by your country. We are not responsible for these charges. If the order is not picked up due to unpaid duties, the purchase price minus 20% restocking fee will be refunded, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
We do accept order cancellations within 2 days before we shipped out the items.
