We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied - Check our return policies here and return your items.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaged and ticketed, unused, and resalable condition.
•Merchandise refunds are valid within 7 days of receiving item (online).
•All refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
•If you original receiving item date is greater than 7 days but less than 15 days, we will be happy to issue a gift card credit at the current selling price. •We will not accept any return requests after 15 days of receiving item (online).
Merchandise Exceptions
Beauty: Makeup / Fragrance / Skincare / Nails - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Body Jewelry - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Candy and any other consumable products - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Clearance / SALE items - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Collectibles: Blind Merchandise - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Collectibles: Figures - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Electronics - Cannot be returned if opened.
Gift Cards - Cannot be returned.
Cosplay Costumes / Wigs - Can only be returned within 3 days of receiving item (online).
Lolita Clothing - Can only be returned within 3 days of receiving item (online).
Made-to-order items - Cannot be returned.
Halloween - All Halloween costumes including kigurumi and costume-related items purchased on dotdotbangstore.com are final sale and cannot be returned.
Intimates - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Swimwear - Can only be returned unworn with original tags intact and sanitary panel in place.
*Please pay more attention that most of the clothes on our website are NOT with standard sizes, please carefully read the size chart of each item before placing your order.
Returning by Mail
Please email at contact@dotdotbangstore.com to request returns. If you have an order number, please include your order number in the email.
Once you return requests has been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 7-10 business days to receive your credit.
DotDotBang is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item.
Returning to DotDotBang Brick-n-Mortar Stores
All returns (refunds) must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation letters and may be returned to any DotDotBang location. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaged and ticketed, unused, and resalable condition.
Exchanges
Sorry, we do not offer exchanges. please email us at contact@dotdotbangstore.com and we’ll start a return for you, or visit our stores to begin a return.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and qualified to be refunded, DotDotBang will process the refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
DotDotBang is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage.
We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Depending on the bank’s policy it can take up to 10 business days if in the U.S., from the date of the order cancellation. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage. If you have purchased any products pursuant to a buy one-get one free (BOGO) promotion, you will need to return the paid-for product to receive a refund. If only the promotional (free) product is returned, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed depending on availability and credit verification. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.
DotDotBang will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, please place your order with a valid email.
DotDotBang offers cancellations for orders that have been paid but haven't been shipped yet, but the refunds will accordingly to the different situations:
1) Full refund for orders placed within 24 hrs, and haven't been processed yet.
2) No cancellation for shipped out orders.
3) 80% refund for in stock orders that have been processed.
4) 65% refund for pre-order items that have been processed. Check our shipping policies here to better understand how preorder works.
5) Refund will be finished within 7-10 business days.
6) Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
