2) Pre-order items:

-We don't have any stock when we accept orders of pre-order items.

-Orders are accepted at pre-set times.

-Pre-order items are started producing according to the order quantity. 

-The estimate delivery time of pre-order items is listed under the 'Add to cart' on each product page.

-Please note it's possible that the order producing time delay depending on the manufacturer. If the estimate delivery time changes, you will receive an email from us.

-Cancellation on pre-order items is only accepted during pre-set times.

TRACK YOUR ORDERS

Once your orders are shipped out, you will receive an email with your order tracking number.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. For in-stock items, before your order ships, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. For security purposes, a request for signature cannot be removed for packages over certain value being delivered to select areas.

-For areas such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, shipping typically will add 5-7 business days more AFTER estimate delivery time showing on the product pages.
